  • Mobile apps published by The Web Designs

This policy does not apply to third-party services that clinics or users may use independently.

Different apps collect different data depending on their purpose. The categories below summarize what may be collected.


A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Login credentials (encrypted)

  • Clinic details (in Clinic CRM)

  • Notes, reminders, or other manually entered content

We never store passwords in plain text.


B. Automatically Collected Information

Across our apps and backend systems, we may collect:

  • Device information (model, OS version)

  • IP address (server logs only)

  • Usage analytics (crash logs, performance logs)

  • Date/time of access

  • Non-personal technical data to improve app performance

We do not collect personal tracking data without consent.


C. Sensitive Data (Clinic CRM Only)

The Clinic CRM app is designed for clinics to manage their own patient records. Data may include:

  • Patient name, phone, email

  • Visit history, complaints, diagnosis summaries

  • Appointments, reminders

  • Uploaded documents and medical files

This data is entered by the clinic, not by us.

We act as a technical service provider, not a healthcare entity.

Clinics are responsible for:

  • Obtaining patient consent

  • Accuracy of records

  • Deletion & retention policies


4. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide core app functionality

  • Maintain user accounts

  • Sync data securely with our servers

  • Improve performance and reliability

  • Provide customer support

  • Detect bugs, crashes, or misuse

We do not sell any personal data.

We do not use personal data for advertising.


5. How Data Is Stored

Data is stored securely depending on the app:

A. For Clinic CRM

  • Stored on our secure VPS servers

  • PostgreSQL database with restricted access

  • HTTPS encryption for all API communication

  • Daily or weekly server backups (if configured)

Clinics may request export or deletion of their clinic’s data.

B. For Other Apps (Expense Tracker, Multi Tracker, Coloring Apps)

Most consumer apps store data:

  • Locally on the device

  • Without uploading to our servers

  • Without requiring user accounts

Some apps may optionally sync data if the user chooses to log in.


6. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except:

  • When required by law (court order, investigation)

  • When requested directly by the clinic (Clinic CRM only)

  • When needed to deliver the service (hosting providers)

We never sell data to advertisers.


7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures such as:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS TLS 1.2+)

  • Encrypted passwords using bcrypt

  • Secure PostgreSQL database access

  • Firewall & restricted SSH access

  • Regular updates on server infrastructure

However, no system is 100% secure. Users should keep their passwords safe and avoid sharing login information.


8. User Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to:

  • Request a copy of your data

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of personal data

  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

Clinic CRM users:
Patients must contact their clinic, not us, to request changes or deletion of their medical records.


9. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed:

  • Clinic CRM data is retained until the clinic deletes it or requests account removal

  • App usage logs are typically retained for 30–90 days

  • Analytics/crash logs may be retained longer for app improvement

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.


10. Children’s Privacy

Our consumer apps (e.g., Kids Coloring) do not collect personal information from children.

Clinic CRM is not intended for personal consumer use.


11. Links to Third-Party Services

Some apps may use external libraries (e.g., Google Play Services, analytics).
These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage users to review them.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when needed.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our apps after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
